Friendly game NZ Vs Australia

We decided to have a friendly game with Australia as we had no scheduled game today.  The Australian supporters really appreciated the Haka.
Our die hard supporter AnAn turned up again, this time with individual thank you cards personalised for each player.
The game was a closely fought contest, but we just fell short at the end.
After the game the team found some extra energy and challenged the parents to sprint races from the outfield to home plate.  The parents held their end up quite well, but they hadn't played 9 games of baseball in 11 days!
On the way back we stopped at the largest temple in Tai Chung, all the children appreciated acknowledging a different cultural experience.
Then we went into pre travel mode and the parents helped the team pack up and cleaned all the cleats and catchers gear so we have no hassles on arrival in NZ - protect our border!
